The experience was great. Kyle always made the call to get me up to speed on what was needed. I will also call him anytime . Buying a house is not an easy thing and can be very stressful especially towards the period of closing the house. I was a nervous wreck but Kyle remained positive and updated me on the need to do so as to get the house. And true to his words we closed the house on Feb 2022. Ryan is an amazing realtor. There is not enough words I could possibly say that would do this man justice for just how great he was to us. Ryan is very patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. Ryan went above and beyond to help me and my husband maneuver through this current market. He was able to help us sell our house and buy a new one all while making sure to advocate for our needs when it came to negotiations. Ryan went above and beyond at certain points where he even brought pizza to our initial meet and greet to make sure we could maximize our time and questions without worrying about mommy duties. Ryan took the time to update both me and my husband immediately in the case we weren’t together and he always asked for both our input to ensure that all three of us were on the same page. I can’t thank Ryan enough for the most efficient process I have ever been through in purchasing a new home.

Buying your first home is a difficult process with so many potential pitfalls. Thankfully we were fortunate enough to have worked with RISE's Dave Boni. He was our unfailingly patient guide throughout it all, and despite the tough market, was able to find us "the one". We were buying from out of state and Dave went the extra mile to accommodate us: he went on tours on his own and sent us videos, saw homes with family members of ours who live in-state, and was always up for evening strategy calls to go over in greater detail what he saw. He always gave us his honest feedback so we never felt like we were getting pressured to purchase. When we did purchase, Dave was incredibly helpful in coordinating the entire process, from connecting us with legal support to discussing details with our mortgage lender. We honestly couldn't be happier with our experience. We needed a teacher, a good listener, and a quick, responsive communicator, and we got that in Dave. His heart is always in it, so you know he'll work hard to find you the perfect fit for your family. If we could give 6 stars we would!!
