Rhode Island Blues Fest | July 17
An old favorite, the Rhode Island Blues Fest brings up close and personal with celebrated blues artists, including the James Montgomery Blues Band and Seth Rosenbloom. The one-day shindig kicks off at 1pm, with headliners, Sugar Ray and the Bluetones, hitting the stage at 7pm

Providence Fringe Festival | July 18-31
Put on by the Wilbury Theater Group, this two-week celebration of the thespian arts really does have something for everyone. Event passes are available, giving access to all the performances, both online and in-person.

Somewhat of a legend on the international stage, the Newport Jazz Festival offers up three days of scatting, riffing, and boogie-woogie good times by the beach. Headliners include Wynton Marsalis, Andra Day, Khruangbin, Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, Mavis Staples, Ledisi (Sings Nina Simone), and Robert Clasper.
