Step One: Your WHY Determines Your Timeline

Think about why you are moving. Do you need to be in by the first day of school? Or maybe you’re moving for a new job. Keep these end goals in mind and then… backwards plan

Step Two: Backwards Planning

Tailor your timelines based on YOUR situation. Calculate WHEN you need to be moved in by, and backwards plan from there. Figure at least three months.

Step Three: Deep Clean and Fixes

You’re on the selling train! Now, you should deep clean your property and address any fixes recommended by your REALTOR®.

Step Four: Marketing Your Property

Next, make sure your REALTOR® markets your property. They should take beautiful photos, videos, and walk through content to show the best your home has to offer. This helps to ensure people see your listing and entice offers.
