Why?
Simple. Zillow estimates are not accurate and as such they can be misleading to buyers and sellers.

This is due to a number of reasons:

• First, they’re based on public data, which is often outdated and inaccurate.
• Second, they do not account for things like Home Improvement, location, or disrepair.
• And finally, the algorithms used to produce estimates are not perfect and can produce inaccurate results as a result of these limitations.

Zestimates should only be used as a starting point and not a definitive answer to the question: “What’s my home worth?”
