Is Your Home Ready for Fall?

It’s the season when the leaves change, sweaters come out, and New England goes pumpkin spice crazy!

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁!

1️⃣ First and foremost, get up the ladder and get up on those gutters and make sure they’re cleaned out.
The last thing you want is snow piling up and creating ice damns on your roof.

2️⃣ Number two, get your heating system service whether it’s a furnace or boiler.
Make sure it’s in good working condition so you’re not cold this winter.

3️⃣ And number three is something that a lot of people tend to miss, but it’s our’ top tip…
Make sure you blow out your sprinklers. Get all the water out of there so you don’t have to deal with freezing, busting open a pipe and having a big mess in your lawn.
