So, I think a lot of it is you know preparing your home to be listed on the market. Do a pre list home inspection ensure there are no big red flags that are going to scare buyers away or hurt financing. And then listen to your agent when they’re telling you that this may be the best way to price your property. They know how to make it work in your favor.
